My partners, Oscar Martinez, a craftsman with over 25 years of experience and Luanne Balzano (Interior Design) are experienced professionals with a long track record of success. Most of Oscar's business has been focused in Greenwich and Rye executing projects for ultra high net worth clients. Luanne has produced beautiful designs, working with her clients for over 20 years to make dreams come true. We also have close relationships with a team of Architects and Structural Engineers to provide a truly turn key experience for our clients.
