Todd Sell, CFA

Todd Sell is the Owner of RESOURCE360 and a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson with William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty, New Canaan Brokerage.

Over the course of 20 years as a consultant to companies facing financial challenges, Todd traveled the country, met people from all walks of life, and worked collaboratively to solve complex financial and operational problems. Success in this role, required strong analytical and negotiating skills, keen attention to detail and a willingness to meet the needs of sophisticated and demanding clients. More importantly, the job required the ability to quickly develop relationships with new people, listen, assess the situation timely and work together toward achieving a new, common goal.

These skills position Todd well as a real estate agent and investor. When working with buyers and and sellers, he combines strong financial analysis skills and banking industry knowledge with hands-on property management and real estate development experience to deliver a wide breadth of expertise for his clients. As an investor, he focuses primarily on finding both distressed and underutilized properties. He enjoys all aspects of redevelopment including identifying, acquiring, and planning/managing a renovation to reposition and reimagine the home to meet the needs of today’s buyers. While many people are hesitant about renovations, Todd is passionate about giving new life to old, outdated homes. Additionally, Todd spent close to a decade as a Director for a condominium community where he developed an expertise in common ownership communities. During this time, he was intimately involved in day to day operations and also instrumental in the planning, financing, and execution of a significant investment to the community’s buildings and grounds.

Out of these activities, Todd launched RESOURCE360 to offer a full suite of property management, construction, and design services. Joining William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty allows him to offer a full array of services to property owners.

Originally from Chatham NJ, Todd moved to New Canaan in 2005. He is a 1994 graduate of the Lawrenceville School and a 1998 graduate of Hamilton College. In 2002, Todd earned his Chartered Financial Analyst designation. Todd is married to his wife, Liz, and together they welcomed twins, Ryan and Timmy, in July 2015. Besides spending time with his family, Todd enjoys cooking, golf, Mets baseball, and Giants football.

Gordon Hallas

Director, Construction Services

Gordon is a veteran builder with over two decades of experience in both commercial and residential construction, capable of delivering ground-up residential and commercial projects. Learning his trade while still in high school, Gordon worked along side his father and brother after school and on weekends building a five unit condominium complex in Danbury. After getting his college degree, Gordon eventually landed with Colonial Automotive Group where he became the Director of Operations for the owner of five auto dealerships. During this time, he was responsible for several multi-million dollar renovations, gaining valuable knowledge of the commercial building code in the process. In 2003, Gordon opened Hallas Associates where he and his team have completed well over 400 commercial and residential projects in both Fairfield County and Westchester County. Partnering with RESOURCE360 in 2017, Gordon is responsible for all construction related activity on our development portfolio.

Luanne Balzano

Director, Design & Staging Services

Luanne has been designing and staging residential and commercial spaces since 2004. Offering full service design and staging, Luanne can handle projects both large and small. She strives to create spaces that are both beautiful and functional, while working within the client’s defined budget. As part of the RESOURCE360 team, Luanne’s focus is material selection (tile, stone, plumbing & electrical fixtures) and overall design aesthetic. Additionally, Luanne’s input is invaluable during the planning stage, providing insight into furniture placement and traffic areas early on to help improve flow through the space and provide a well thought-out layout that utilizes space to maximum benefit. When working on the RESOURCE360 development portfolio, Luanne’s designs are positioned for wide appeal among potential buyers. When working with individual clients, Luanne tailors each design to the unique sense and personality of her client. As part of the RESOURCE360 team, Luanne strives to make design achievable and affordable for all.

Ashley Mason

Director, Marketing

Ashley Mason is a marketing consultant and the founder of the Massachusetts-based Dash of Social, specializing in social media, marketing strategy, SEO, and content marketing. Working closely with their clients, Ashley and her team help small business owners and entrepreneurs craft and execute value-driven marketing strategies designed to establish thought leadership, grow online communities, and build connections and leads.

Ashley is a graduate of Stonehill College, where she received her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing.

In addition to running Dash of Social, Ashley is the founder of Student to CEO, a free platform that inspires young individuals to pursue entrepreneurial interests rather than follow the 9-5 route.
